Leverage thousands of extracted findings to instantly generate a systems map

Once you apply a set of filters to your disease system, you can toggle to the systems map to see how it all connects. To generate a systems map, you first need to filter the list of determinants to have fewer than 10k relationships or edges. Once you have this, you can toggle to the map view to explore the system.

Example: Mapping the socioeconomic determinants of stroke

1. Toggle to the two-degree view of the data. This will allow you to see all of the mediating pathways between the upstream determinants and stroke.

1. Apply filters to the nodes in the graph. In this case, you can filter the most upstream node to be just socioeconomic factors, while the potential mediating nodes can be any determinant type.

1. Filter the relationships to include the types of evidence you would like.

1. Switch to the map view to explore the systems map. Nodes can be moved around, and edges can be clicked to expose the underlying evidence.
